Hi, I’m Zoe, and I’m so happy you’re here.

For as long as I can remember, beauty and aesthetics have been my absolute obsession. With 24 years in the industry, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people regain their confidence and feel their absolute best. Every single client that walks through my door isn’t just a booking in my diary—they are someone I care about deeply. I work tirelessly to make sure they leave feeling better, happier, and more confident than when they arrived.

For me, this isn’t just a business—it’s my passion, my purpose, and my heart. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing the shift in someone’s mindset when they look in the mirror and finally see themselves the way they deserve to. That moment when a client smiles at their reflection for the first time in years—it’s indescribable, and it’s why I do what I do.

My journey to where I am today hasn’t been the easiest. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 40 years old, and suddenly, so much about me made sense—why I’m so meticulous, why I can’t stop researching, learning, and striving to be the absolute best for my clients. My mind never stops because I genuinely want to give people the best possible care, advice, and treatments.

But my drive to help others started long before my career. Growing up, my dad suffered terribly from psoriasis, and I saw firsthand how it affected his confidence. He avoided swimming with me as a child because of the cruel things people would say, and that broke my heart. No one should ever feel ashamed of their skin, their body, or their appearance. Watching him struggle made me determined to create a space where people feel safe, supported, and never judged. A place where they could walk in with insecurities and walk out feeling empowered.

And you know what? I think I’ve achieved it.

My salon isn’t just about beauty treatments—it’s a community, a haven, a place where friendships are made. Whether you’re here for a treatment, a chat, or just a moment to yourself, you are valued, you are important, and you are welcome.

She also adores being outdoors, you'll often find her in a field in her wellies with her three beloved Labradors, who are truly the centre of her world. They keep her active and bring her endless joy, and if you ask, she’ll happily chat away about their latest adventures!

Now, eight years on, Kelsey has grown into one of the most respected professionals in the industry, holding the title of Training Manager at Zoe Mizon Salon. Having been part of Zoe Mizon Salon for six years, clients absolutely adore her—not just for her unreal creative skills, but for the calm confidence and professionalism she brings to every appointment. She takes her time to listen, perfect every detail, and make sure every client leaves feeling happy.

When she’s not creating masterpieces in the salon, Freya has a completely different passion—Formula 1 and fast cars! She is absolutely mad about racing, regularly visiting racetracks and F1 destinations to soak up the atmosphere and fuel her love for motorsport. If she’s not watching a Grand Prix, she’s probably reading up on the latest F1 updates or dreaming about her next race-day experience.

Freya is a massive fan of Friends, the classic TV series she can watch over and over again (and yes, she can quote the best lines!).

She also loves spending time with her friends, socialising, and dining out—although when it comes to food, her choices are pretty specific! A true chicken nugget girl, Freya’s diet has always been a little limited, but after years of gentle encouragement (and probably a bit of nagging!), she now brings a tub of fruit and veggies to work every day. Progress!
